All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change coaching programs or courses at any time. Enrolling in our program(s) is your acceptance of our policies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Coaching Sessions: Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [e-mail, text, or phone call] will be processed with the opportunity to reschedule the coaching session.
No-shows will not be considered for rescheduling. Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment WILL NOT be rescheduled.
If Wellness of ME cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours’ notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
The client has the right to cancel the coaching program agreement within 3 days of enrollment. You are entitled to a refund, less the processing fee.
The client must notify Wellness of ME in writing by e-mail (rcowan@wellnessofme.com) of the notice of cancellation.
Online Courses & Workshops: All Wellness of ME online courses and workshops are non-refundable.
